Intermarket International is focused on quality control of all of its operations to ensure that its produce does not fall short of international industry standards of quality assurance. Please read below to find out how Intermarket International maintains its quality control for both its operations.

All raw material undergoes a thorough physical inspection to determine evidence of wetting, presence of scrap metals, stones, dirt, or other non-biological contaminants, and the presence of insects.

Bagged ingredients are sampled using a spear probe whereas materials received in bulk are sampled by using a scoop.

Tests are carried out to determine the moisture, crude protein, lipid, crude fiber, ash, and nitrogen-free extract content of the feedstuff.

A preliminary inspection is carried out on the finished product to ensure complete quality assurance. Further sampling is also conducted.

A final test is carried out on the finished product to check the manufacturing process, and the quality specifications.

The raw material is carefully picked and sorted before being inserted into the induction furnace.

When charging the induction furnace, it should be filled as much as possible to reduce the gap and avoid the furnace lining damage caused by local overheating.

To determine the quality of the alloy, the chemical composition is controlled using a direct-reading spectrum analyzer. An atmospheric solidification method is used to check air content in furnace sample.
