Physical
Inspection

All raw material undergoes a thorough physical inspection to determine evidence of wetting, presence of scrap metals, stones, dirt, or other non-biological contaminants, and the presence of insects.

Ingredients

Bagged ingredients are sampled using a spear probe whereas materials received in bulk are sampled by using a scoop.

Product
Testing

Tests are carried out to determine the moisture, crude protein, lipid, crude fiber, ash, and nitrogen-free extract content of the feedstuff.

Preliminary
Inspection

A preliminary inspection is carried out on the finished product to ensure complete quality assurance. Further sampling is also conducted.

Quality
Inspection

A final test is carried out on the finished product to check the manufacturing process, and the quality specifications.

Raw
Material

The raw material is carefully picked and sorted before being inserted into the induction furnace.

Furnace
Induction

When charging the induction furnace, it should be filled as much as possible to reduce the gap and avoid the furnace lining damage caused by local overheating.

Inspection

To determine the quality of the alloy, the chemical composition is controlled using a direct-reading spectrum analyzer. An atmospheric solidification method is used to check air content in furnace sample.
